However, we’re still learning how he feels about other children, dogs, cats, and other animals, so slow introductions will be important in his new home. We got Gili mid June 2025. At that point he was 35 lbs and just over a year old. I needed a dog that I could handle on my own with my physical disabilities and I thought 35 lbs would work. He’s now 50 lbs, muscular and strong. I’m not able to walk him or take care of him like he needs. Gili needs a home where he gets a lot of attention, walks, exercise, and love. Someone with a big fenced yard or that can take him to a dog park everyday would really help use up some of that high energy.We’ve recently put Gili on an allergy med and he’s stopped licking his paws raw. He’s kennel trained, house trained, tells you when he needs to go to the bathroom. He’s loves people, his toys, dog parks, playing keep-away and has been learning to fetch but sometimes doesn’t want to give the toy back. He’s an aggressive chewer and eats his toys. He’s an attention seeker and will get into things to get your attention. He comes with his allergy meds, food, 2 harnesses,leashes, dog kennel, treats, toys, ect.
