Story
This sweet pup absolutely adores people, especially kids of all ages. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or snuggles on the couch he is happiest when surrounded by family.Sunny is smart, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure—or a nap! He is potty trained and already knows the command “sit”—a great start for continued training. He also walks really well on a leash. While he is a total sweetheart with humans, Sunny prefers to be the only dog in the home. He can be a bit forward or reactive around other dogs, so a home where he gets all the attention would be ideal. If you’re looking for a devoted family dog who will shower your home with love (and probably a few happy tail wags), come meet Sunny! You won’t be disappointed. All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Meet Daisy! Daisy is a smart beagle mix hoping to find her new family. When Daisy came to us, she was very nervous about the whole “shelter life” thing. After a few weeks of love, patience, nand compassion from our staff, Daisy began to open up! Now Daisy loves to give smooches to her favorite people and hop up for pets! Daisy has made incredible progress in her time with us and is hoping to find a home that can show her the same love, patience, and compassion that we have as she navigates a new transition. We know that Daisy will make someone the perfect pet soon! Story
Lady is a gentle 10-year-old beagle with a heart full of love and a nose for finding the comfiest spot on the couch. She's the definition of a lap dog and would happily spend her golden years curled up beside you, soaking up all the love you can give. Though she may be a little shy when meeting new people, once she warms up, she becomes your most loyal shadow. Lady isn’t much of a player – toys aren't really her thing – but she makes up for it with her quiet companionship (and the occasional chatty beagle conversation). This housebroken sweetheart has impeccable manners indoors, according to her previous owner. She prefers a calm, quiet home where she can be the one and only pet – no other dogs or cats, please. She’s earned the right to be the queen of her castle! If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, loving companion to keep you company on the couch and make your days a little warmer, Lady might just be your perfect match.
