We don’t know Karen’s entire story, but we do know it almost ended on a euthanasia list. We couldn’t let that be the ending for this incredibly sweet and funny little girl. ❤️ Since coming to us, Karen has done wonderfully in a group of dogs and has greeted every visitor she’s met with sweetness and affection. She has so much life left to live and so much love left to give. We’re grateful to be part of her story, but we can’t wait for the chapter where she finds her very own people. Karen is ready for her furever! 🐾

Don`t get me wrong, we will have a lot of fun in the meantime but I will need time to understand what`s expected of me. I will need help on all those fun puppy things like house training and basic obedience. I want to learn everything I possibly can. I am pretty excited about life and doing new things! My goal is to be your lifelong companion and I should learn quickly with praise, treats, time and patience. I`d really love for us to get enrolled in training classes, after all school is the best way to get us both educated on what it takes to raise a puppy! Approx 50 Lbs.   She is spayed, chipped and current on all her shots including heart worm /flea/tick medicine. She loves kids, fully potty and crate trained. She got along with our cat, never had a problem with other dogs and loves Doggie Day Care. She knows her basic commands including how to “Whisper”.  She loves kids and toddlers but can be a little shy around strangers at first. She loves to go on walks and snuggle with you after her walk.    The animal listed on this page was listed as a courtesy to help find the animal a home. This animal is current on shots, altered and heart worm tested; however, Furry Kids' Refuge cannot be held responsible for its medical condition.  This animal is not covered by Furry Kids' Refuge policies and procedures or contract.
