Approx. DOB: 12/4/22                 Approx Weight: 23.5 Lbs Adoption Fee: $275 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness! Smokey is the sweetest boy!! He loves to snuggle and is very submissive. He LOVES to play with other dogs so definitely needs a housemate. Being a Beagle or Basset mix, he loves to follow his nose so a secure fence is necessary. He is a total goofball. I rarely hear him bark. He is good with cats. Mostly wants to play with them but is also scared of them. He nervous pees when he gets scared. Loves to play with toys and chew on cow hooves. Likes to carry the basket of hooves around in his mouth. He is silly and super fun!! Resource guards a tiny bit but corrects easily. A perfect boy!!  I have been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed and microchipped.  If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible. Sweet Maeve is looking for a fresh start! She was dumped on a rural property and knows darned well that she deserves more. She's a soft, gentle girl, only seven months old and 32 pounds, who would love a family to call her own. Maeve will need patient folks who will give her some time to warm up to them, but she'll reward you with so much love and plenty of hound snuffles. I have had Tank for over 7 years and he has been a energetic and loving boy that entire time, he is about 7 years old and would strive in a home with another dog or children. He hasnt given me any problems and it was a hard decision to lose him. He has done great with older and younger dogs and with new people and children he just wants to say hi to everyone, Never been around a cat so unsure of how he would do and likes to bark at deer but besides that is a very good boy.
