Story
Our Lanky guy is house trained, crate trained, loves playing tug-of-war with ropes and his blue ring. He loves belly rubs and snuggles. While he okay with other dogs and cats he takes a bit to be fully comfortable. He’s enjoys kids that are old enough to play or give him attention but we are finding that babies steal too much of the attention he is used to having and that is causing the pain point for us. He does like to bark at animals outside but that can be controlled with treats/positive reinforcement. He does really well with training. He can do the basics: sit, lie down, stay, paw. He will also do a spin and he used to do roll over, but it’s been a while since we practiced that. We are sad to be rehoming, but with our baby, he continues to show jealously towards the attention she gets. Overall he is a sweet boy that wants a family to love, snuggle, play with, and go on walks with. Bonus: He is a perfect work-from-home ‘coworker’ he enjoy napping by you while you work.

Story
Poppy was born February 18th 2024. She's very spunky and smart, she's doing very well on potty training, leash training and crate training. She's a puppy so she will still require a lot more training and attention in the future. She loves to play and cuddle and does well with kids, cats and dogs, although she usually wants to play with them all the time. She's a very smart quick learner. She does have a cherry eye currently being treated, but when she gains more weight she will need a small operation to take care of it. She's up to date on all her shots and currently has a appointment to be spayed. If she gets adopted before the appointment it will still be paid for, but it's up to the adopter to get her to and from the appointment. She will come with her kennel (although it's been through a few fosters so it's a bit worn out), her current food, collar, and favorite toy. We just want her to go to the best possible home who is willing to give her the time and care she deserves.

Story
Man dumped all the male puppies from a litter and we took one from a friend to help out. Under our care he has been to the vet to receive check-up, shots (list upon request), and deworming/flea and tick treatment. Crate trained. He is around children and other pets (cats and dogs) and is so good with all of them. He is a very sweet and snuggly little guy. We spent several days with my sister who has a Boston Terrier puppy and Hatchet was amazing with him. We wish we could keep him but it is not possible at this time. He needs a loving home with connection and space to explore.

Story
* Contact this dog's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 .*Sweet Molly is estimated at 6-7 years old and is 25 lb. She was in rough shape when she showed up in a lady's yard in need of some love. Molly had her initial vet appointment and is now fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Unfortunately, she tested heartworm positive so she has begun heartworm treatment protocol and the remainder of a 12 month supply of meds will go home with her. She also had multiple mammary masses / tumors. X-rays showed that her organs were good and her blood work came back good. She had surgery to remove 4 clusters of masses, which thankfully were benign. The surgery was pretty invasive but she is now healed and ready to go to a new home. She is a good girl who would love to find a warm sofa or lap and to spend time with her humans, she's good with dogs and people, she pays little attention to the cats. She is doggie door house-trained and goes in and out on her own as needed. She sleeps in a crate at night just because of having so many dogs in the home, but after some of the other early morning risers have gone out for early potty break she comes back in and gets in the bed sometimes until the alarm goes off. Adopter can receive a 1-hour free training session from Let's Get Pawsitive LLC .Contact this animal's foster home at SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 to request an application. The adoption donation of $150 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip with lifetime registration, deworming, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention.
