Information: Chip was brought to the shelter as a stray from the country. He was running with his brother Tater making new friends all over the country side. He is a super sweet boy who is a little nervous here at the shelter but we have no doubts once out of the shelter environment and in a good home he will be great! Please keep in mind that he is a hound mix and hounds tend to following their noses and can go great distances if they get a good scent. This may not be the case for this particular dog but it is something to also keep in mind when adopting hound dogs. The shelter provides a 5-day health guarantee for adopted animals. This includes health conditions not present or known about by the shelter at the of adoption, which adopter becomes aware of within 5 days.
