❤️RIVER❤️ Where are my senior lovers! I have the boy for you. river is so sweet and cuddly. He’s great with my dogs and my cat. since he’s a beagle he definitely has that hound nose loves to sniff everything but also like a typical beagle he is sweet and loving. River seems to be housebroken. No accidents in the house so far. He likes to be outside even though it’s chilly. River is 10 years old and approximately 20 pounds. He’s currently under weight but I will be working on that. River is being fostered in Lake Ariel, PA. If you think river is the boy for you get your application in at Www.mountainrottierescue.net

Story
Odin is about 1.5 years old and 36 lbs. He is a friendly and active boy. He is housebroken. He loves toys and playing fetch. He knows "sit," "down," "paw," and "go get your ball." He would do well in a home with a fenced in yard for fetch and zoomies. He is good with other dogs that like to play but is learning boundaries, because he always wants to play. Story
My heart breaks to write this but we are needing to rehome our dog Frito. We have had him since he was 8 weeks old but as he is aging it is becoming more clear that he is not safe to be around other dogs or young children. Name: Frito Age: 10 Breed: dachshund beagle mix Location: Ballston Lake Male Good with dogs: no Good with cats: no Good with kids: no Up to date on all vaccines but did just recently test positive for lymes disease and is currently on a 4 week antibiotic that we will supply. He is best suited for a home without young children or other animals. He can be food aggressive which is leading to him going after our other dog. He is also a highly anxious dog so he does not do well with young children. We have given so many chances and had a dog trainer come to our house but I just can’t risk something bad happening.

Story
Help Save Archie 🐾 Archie is looking for a very special family—a committed long-term foster through H.O.P.E. Animal Rescue. Archie was adopted from H.O.P.E. more than eight years ago and has lived a long, deeply loved life. Sadly, his devoted owner has recently suffered a stroke and is currently unable to care for him. During this difficult time, he reached out to us for help—and at H.O.P.E., we stand by our adopted families. Archie needs a soft place to land while his owner works toward recovery. H.O.P.E. will cover all food and medical care; we’re simply looking for a foster home that can provide love, comfort, and allow visitation so Archie can stay connected to his person over the next ~6 months. Archie is a very relaxed, approximately 9-year-old beagle/pitty mix with a heart of gold. He’s a bit chunky for his short stature, but he’s an absolute cuddle bug, fully house-trained, and incredibly sweet. While Archie has never lived with other pets, we’re open to thoughtful introductions with calm, mellow animals in the right home. If you can open your heart and home to Archie during this transitional time, you’d be giving both him and his owner an incredible gift. 💛
