Dexter brother to Duke is looking for a home with a fenced yard. He's good with other dogs with a proper introduction. A hunting dog at heart he is still a bit of a puller on a lead. He's an active boy, looking for a family or person who enjoys the outdoors. Unknown if he can be trusted off a lead. NO cats please and we're recommending children over the age of 8, with his exuberant nature he may knock smaller children over. Dexter is not appropriate for apt living and will need a fenced yard. He would do best with someone with hound knowledge. Dex is currently in care in the Colborne On area.

One of the first things most people ask about a dog is, 'what kind is she?' Much of the time we're just guessing, like with Karli here. To us her face looks like a beagle. Her ears are like a lab. Her body is kind of bully-ish...basically we have no idea what breeds she is! What we do know is that she is 100% Velcro. It's been challenging for her foster to get good photos of her, because she wants to be so close all the time. She's been a gem of a houseguest so far...quiet, well-mannered and endlessly affectionate. She's thought to be about 4 years old.Karli gets along beautifully with other dogs. Hasn't been cat-tested and probably won't get a chance to be while she's in her foster home in Houston.
