Freddie, an approximately 1 year old, male beagle was surrendered to the rescue with another beagle ( Frankie ). These boys found themselves in our care after a gentleman realized after having them for three months that a bouncy, scent driven nature of the breed wasn't a great fit for his lifestyle. But don't let his brief stint in a mismatched home fool you- Freddie is a gem. True to the breed standard, Freddie is social, eager to please and view everyone the meets as his new best friend. At just a year old Freddie is energetic and quite playful and will need daily exercise with plenty of outdoor exploration. Ideally a fenced yard to run around safely ( and make sure his nose doesn't lead him on a grand adventure ). Freddie is house trained, current on vaccines and neutered. If you're ready to open your heart to a lovable, happy- go- lucky beagle he will reward you with endless loyalty and affection. This handsome, approximately 9 month old Beagle/Husky mix is the ultimate definition of friendly. Weighing in at a perfectly sized 23 pounds, Able is small in stature but huge in personality. Able came to our rescue after unfortunately being abandoned by his previous owner, but he hasn't let his rough past dull his sparkle. He is friendly with every person he meets and his absolute favorite thing? Fetch!! Able has classic puppy energy and could happily chase a ball all day long. Because he is a young teenager who didn't get the best start in life, Able is looking for an adopter to show him the ropes. He clearly has not had much formal training yet, but with consistency, & positive reinforcement, this smart boy will catch on in no time.
