Story
Dusty came to CVHS with his canine family, when his owner was moving and unable to take him along.True to his hound genetics, he can be a vocal boy, and will let you know when he`s ready for a walk, mealtime, or anything he feels you need to know. He is crate trained, and getting the hang of walking well on a leash. He has strong feelings about cats, and cannot live with any felines in his next home. He has a nose that likes to work, and sniffing around is his favorite thing to do. When he`s not smelling the world, his next favorite thing is getting attention from any human in his orbit. He also loves to snooze on a nice dog bed, with plenty of blankets to snuggle under.He has shown at CVHS, and in his prior home, to be selective with his canine friends, seems to prefer females, and did best with another beagle. He was previously exposed to older children and did just fine. A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Dusty`s $350.00 adoption fee.
