Auto was found at the shelter on the morning of 11/28/2024. He was left in a kennel and our team was unable to identify or contact any owners. That morning, he was very weary of us, but with careful patience, and alot of treats, Auto warmed up to us by the end of the day. He is a total lover once he is familiar and comfortable with new people. He is very big and is best as an only dog with no cats in the home. He has been around kids, but needs his boundaries respected. Kids who hang on him, crawl on him or get in his face would not be a good fit. Auto loves walks and is very treat motivated. He knows commands like sit, down and shake. Just like many Rottwielers, Auto needs alot of stimulation and toys to keep busy. Attention is needed to avoid destructive behavior. He is eager to learn and would love to go on lots of adventures, especially swimming or playing in any kind of water. He needs a home that can cater to his needs and understands his breed. If you have experience with Rotties and understand how to love and train this big guy, please submit an application or send us an email to learn more. Story
Bubbles came to us on 10/04/2024 as a very sick puppy. She struggled for the first few weeks but once she over came her sickness, her journey really began to look up. She was in a foster home for about 6 months, but had to come back when one of her foster mates went to their forever home without her. She is not a solo dog and thrives on interactions with other dogs. She entered a new foster home with a PAAA team member and really began to open up. She gets along with all dogs and cats. She also adores puppies and likes to take care of them. She enjoys adventure time in the desert and has learned many new commands including sit, down and place. Bubbles would like a forever home and will steal your heart if you give her the chance. Evee was left at the shetler on 12/30/2024. When she first arrived she had crazy puppy energy and it was clear she had no previous training. She soon learned the shelter routine and how to walk more patiently on a leash. She is a friendly girl and wants to be loved. She is always up for long adventures! Evee gets along with male dogs, but is selective with females. She does not get along with cats. She would need a little training around kids to learn not to jump on them but she loves new friends and is eager to get a furever home.
