Story
Hello! I am Alani! I am such a beautiful lady, just check out those silky smooth ears! I came here as a stray, so not much is known about my past. I am very smart; I like to learn new skills and observe the world around me. I do need time to warm up to new people, which is very shepherd-like of me. I will do best with a family who has experience with working/protective breeds, because they will understand how I view the world and will adore my wicked smart brain. I love to zoom around the yards or sit by your feet and get pet while watching the world go by. I have been to dog playgroup here and enjoy canine friends. Come meet me today!Alani may need multiple meet and greets as she can be shy getting to know new people. If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2025 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20)Leash and collar included
