Story
Ranger is a 1 year and 3 month old purebred German Shepherd (born October 28, 2024). We got him from a breeder in Florida and have had him since he was eight weeks old. He is a typical shepherd, loyal, follows you around the house, loves playing ball, and loves swimming. Ranger would do best with a calm, confident, experienced handler who can continue building his confidence and provide clear boundaries. He is not a good fit for a home with young children, and would thrive with a single person, a couple, or teens who understand respecting a dog’s space. He has worked with a professional trainer since puppyhood, and his trainer will help vet adopters and provide two free sessions to support a smooth transition. Ranger is healthy, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm prevention, and intact to support his growth. We love Ranger and want to find him the right home where he can truly thrive.
