Hi there! My name is Remi and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a Belgian Malinois puppy with a big brain, an even bigger heart, and endless enthusiasm for life! I'm a social butterfly who loves meeting people, making dog friends, going for walks, and playing just about any game you can think of. If there's fun to be had, I'm all in! Like any puppy, I'm still learning the ropes, but here's the exciting part—I am incredibly smart. Training isn't just important for me...it's fun! I thrive when I'm learning, solving problems, and working with my people. As a Belgian Malinois, I'll do best with a family that understands my breed. I need more than just physical exercise—I also need plenty of mental enrichment. Puzzle toys, training sessions, scent work, hikes, obedience, agility, or other activities that challenge my mind will help me grow into a happy, well-rounded companion. A busy brain is a happy brain! Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
