True to his breed he is a smart, alert, playful pup that is always looking for more action. He thrives on activity and would love an adopter who enjoys staying active and giving him plenty of physical exercise and mental challenges. With the right guidance, consistency, and lots of love, he`ll make an incredibly loyal and fun companion.If interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website by following https://www.ark-valley.org/adoption-matchmaker-application/. We recommend calling the shelter at 719-395-2737 after you submit your application to ensure that we have received it. You can also give us a call if you have any questions or would like to learn more about a specific animal. Walk-ins are welcome during our open hours Monday-Saturday 12-5pm, although an adoptable animal may be in a foster home instead of at the shelter, so we also recommend calling us prior to driving to the shelter to confirm the pet`s current location. If you prefer emailing instead, you can reach our staff at to info@ark-valley.org, however, time sensitive matters would be addressed quicker via phone.Note: We do not DNA test our animals to determine breeds.
