Story
Justice is a stunning 5yearold Belgian Malinois with a heart as big as his personality. He’s energetic, smart, affectionate, and deeply loyal — the kind of dog who bonds hard with his people and gives everything he has. Justice needs an active, breedexperienced family who understands the Malinois mind and loves a dog with drive. He may be dogselective, so a calm, nondominant companion is ideal. He loves water, loves to cuddle on the sofa, and loves being close to his people. He knows “sit,” is learning “place,” and walks beautifully on a leash. He’s neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines — fully ready for his forever home. Justice is a big personality with an even bigger heart. Apply on our website to meet him. ##2075361##

Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Please feel free to call the shelter Wednesday-Sunday to inquire about the animal you are interested in. 706-795-2868.Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees:Dogs over 6 months old: $100Puppies under 6 months: $200. We are located at:1888 Colbert Danielsville Rd Danielsville, GA 30633 706-795-2868NOTE: Our adoptions are first come first served, simply filling out an application does not mean the animal will be held for you, you must come meet the animal in person in order to be considered for adoption. If you rent you must bring your lease or a letter from your landlord stating you may adopt.

Looking to rehome our 3 yr old Rosie. She has been an indoor dog, since rescuing, we have moved and do not have a fenced yard for her to get proper amount of exercise and now we have a new infant on the way. Would love for her to find an owner that can give her the time she needs and understands this breed.

Story
Rei is a sweet and wonderful dog. She comes from working line parents so she has a lot of drive and energy. We have owned her since she was a puppy and have trained her ourselves (Certified Dog Trainer). We have an 8 year old as well as another dog and cat. She is very excitable and playful so it can be overwhelming for small dogs and cats. Rei is gentle and kind to all those around her. She is not spayed and can be a little testy when she's in heat, especially those she does not have a relationship with. She loves to run and play in as much space as she can get. Her motivations are physical and verbal praise, toy, and food drives. She needs an experienced household to give her structure and maintain the discipline we have instilled in her. She is trained in Dutch but also understands English, on and off leash. We would not be looking to rehome her if we had space for her to run around and enjoy herself outdoors. She is a very wonderful dog who makes a great addition to our family.

Story
MEET ASH! 🐾 I need to rehome this angel that I’ve been fostering for a family member going through big transition. His name is Ash and he is about a year and a half old. He is a Belgian Malinois, Great Pyrenees, and German Shep mix and weighs about 50 lbs. He loves to play with other dogs and is good with kids. He is potty trained, crate trained, fixed and up to date on all shots. He is timid at first, but warms up to the most cuddly pup. He does do some food guarding, but he hasn’t done that since being around my other 3 large dogs in the last few weeks. There will be a rehoming fee of $100 to ensure he goes to a good home. I really want this pup to have the best life, he is a wonderful dog. If I didn’t already have 3, he would be a permanent addition to my home! If in Anderson and you ever need a dog sitter for him, I’m happy to have him back to visit! Can travel for rehome.
