This breed is known for its affectionate personality and high desire to learn, but they are also a breed that can keep you thinking of how to occupy them. Zane will do well with someone that can give him structure and boundaries, he will be great for an active daily walker or runner. He LOVES his ball and to play tug & do all the puppy things. He is dog friendly and great with kids. But...PLEASE do your research on the breed and be committed to training and 10-15yrs with them being in your family. MEET RINGO! Ringo is a handsome 8-1/2-year-old German Shepherd in need of a foster or forever home. He was rescued from a shelter awhile back and is ready for a new leash on life! He is very intelligent and loyal. Ringo bonds intensely with his person, so would thrive in a home with a single person, or possibly a couple with German Shepherd experience ideally. Like most shepherds, he will be your true companion. He may be protective, so a quiet home/setting is important for him. Ringo loves car rides and riding in the front seat! He would love road trips and other adventures. He takes treats gently and sits on command. He has done well around other dogs. Ringo is currently in Southern California, but can be transported to Idaho. Please email for an application. He weighs about 69 lbs.
