Stella is a sweet and affectionate girl who loves people, belly rubs, and soaks up all the attention she can get. She is a certified lap jumper and cuddler. If you are sitting down, she will be right there to keep you company!Stella is housebroken and enjoys playtime in the yard where she can run around and get out her energy. Afterwards, she is happy to curl up for snuggles and relax. Stella comes on strong, and will need to be adopted into a dog free home. She can be protective of her food and high-value treats, so she will do best with supervised mealtimes and continued positive training.If you are looking for a loving lap dog who brings both fun and affection into every day, Stella might just be your perfect match!Stella is 4 years old and weighs 55 pounds. The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting a dog, please stop by the shelter during open hours. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended. helpingstrays.org
