Story
Meet Sabrina – A Quiet, Thoughtful Soul Looking for a Patient Home Sabrina has had a challenging start in life. She was displaced by a fire as a young pup and spent a couple of years in a home before coming to the Ranch. These experiences have shaped her into a sensitive, thoughtful dog who needs a calm, steady environment to feel safe. At first, Sabrina can be shy and cautious, taking her time to build trust with new people. Once that bond is formed, however, she becomes deeply loyal and affectionate. She thrives in calm, confident households where her humans understand that gentle encouragement and patience are key. Sabrina enjoys the company of other dogs, especially smaller, confident pups who help her feel secure, and she has shown she can coexist peacefully with cats. She’s happiest with quiet routines, gentle play, and slow introductions to new experiences. This intelligent girl already knows Sit and has excellent leash manners, making walks manageable—but she appreciates a calm pace and isn’t ready for high-energy environments or overly busy homes. She delights in toys and quiet play, and she enjoys snuggling with her humans once she feels safe. Sabrina is not a dog for an outgoing, fast-paced household. She needs someone patient, understanding, and committed to giving her the time she needs to feel secure. With the right slow, loving home, Sabrina will reward her family with gentle companionship, loyalty, and quiet affection. Ready to meet this thoughtful, sensitive girl? Call the Ranch today to see if Sabrina is the perfect fit for your calm and patient home. Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. Rescue Ranch puppies are raised through our puppy foster program. They will have met adults, children, often other dogs, maybe cats. 16-week or older puppies will have taken part in our "Reading to Rescue Pups" program and attended many events. When they are at least 8 weeks old, puppies are given a wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian.  Before going home, all puppies will have been dewormed and received all age-appropriate vaccinations for parvo/distemper, and Bordetella. If they are 4 months or older they will also have their rabies vaccination. All p uppies are also microchipped and registered with  911PetChip . We require spay/neutering of puppies at 6-8 months old (or the appropriate age for giant breeds)  by our veterinarian. The procedure is covered by the adoption fee. Story
Meet Flint – Handsome, Smart Belgian Malinois Ready for Adventure! Flint is a stunning Belgian Malinois with a tall, lean build and gorgeous coloring that’s hard to miss. But this handsome boy is more than just looks — he’s intelligent, affectionate, and full of energy, making him an incredible companion for the right family. He walks beautifully on leash and would thrive in a home familiar with the high exercise and mental stimulation needs typical of his breed. Flint loves to use his brain and would excel with training, games, and activities that challenge him. When it’s time to wind down, he’s a total cuddle bug who is very comfortable being handled — he doesn’t even mind having his paws touched! Flint gets along well with both male and female dogs and would likely be happiest with one or two canine companions to play and wrestle with. He’s often seen zooming around the yard with his buddies, full of joy and enthusiasm. He’s also gentle and calm around children, making him a great fit for an active family who understands the needs of a Belgian Malinois and can provide him with the exercise and mental engagement he requires. If you’re ready for a loyal, smart, and energetic partner who will bring both adventure and affection to your life, Flint is the perfect match! Call the Ranch today to meet this fantastic boy! Meet Cash - Your New Best Friend (and Possibly Personal Trainer) Hi there, I'm Cash - a one-year-old Belgian Malinois mix with a heart full of love, legs full of energy, and a nose for adventure (and snacks). I may have started life as a stray, but I'm ready to trade my wandering ways for belly rubs, squeaky toys, and a couch to call my own.  I'm the full package:  - Playful - I love wrestling and romping with my doggy pals - Active - Need a hiking buddy? Running pal? Backyard zoomie partner? I'm your guy.  - Affectionate - I give world-class cuddles. You've been warned.  - Friendly - I love people and know how to be gentle with children.  - Smart - I would thrive with someone who wants to keep my brain busy.  Also... did I mention I LOVE to swim? Got a pool, pond, or hose? Let's go.  I'm looking for a home that understands my energy, gives me room to run, and most importantly, gives me love. Bonus points if you've got a playful pup sister waiting for me!  Do I sound like your perfect boy? Call the Ranch to come meet me today!   Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog.
