Story
IDGSR Welcomes NOVA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Nova and I'm a sweet 4-6yr old female Malinois mix gal. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 4-6yrs old Kids - will do fine with older kids (10+) Dogs - good with large male dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs standard obedience training 1. My story is pretty sad. I was chained to a tree with no interaction and used for breeding. I had my last litter of puppies (all have been adopted) and now it's my turn! 2. My foster mom estimates my age to be about 4-6yrs old. We aren't quite sure but because of my hard upbringing, I have a little more gray on my face. 3. I enjoy taking walks, exploring in the backyard, playing with other large breed dogs, and resting with my foster mom. 4. I would love to find a person/family who will take me on walks, tell me I'm the bestest girl in the world, and show me what a loving family really is. 5. I could benefit from obedience training. I'm a cross between two very intelligent breeds so I'll catch on super quick. Also, training will help us bond! 6. If you are looking for a resilient, loving, friendly, sweet, and loyal new companion - I'm your girl! **SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY! If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt? Story
Rosie is a sweet, loving dog and gets along very well with all people but does not care for dogs outside of her littermates. She is afraid of thunderstorms/fireworks and eats a human grade diet of either chicken/turkey with rice and blueberries, sweet potatoes or pumpkin and broccoli with some occasional sardines for her coat. She has a pretty sensitive tummy so this diet keeps her healthy and happy! She truly just wants someone to bond and cuddle with until she wants her alone time and then she will go find a comfy spot and snore away for a long time. She prefers to be in a yard vs walking on a leash but can walk on a leash. My fiance and I wish we could keep Rosie, but our move will include us being around other dogs including a dog she has had previous altercations with. She does not show aggression towards people, just a bit excitable and jumpy which can be controlled by ignoring the behavior and a firm "NO!". Really a great, loving dog that we wish could get along with pups better

Story
Things happen — but remember, it’s never the dog’s fault. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Dogs can’t speak; they count on us to do right by them. Welcome back Eric (aka Koda)! He’s been returned for being “too much”… which really means too much fun! He’s a little bigger now, and just as wild and wonderful as ever. Koda’s a Puggle mix (I know, I know — he doesn’t look it, but I promise he is! ‍&#226&#153&#128&#239&#184&#143). This boy is bursting with life and energy. He loves to play, wrestle with his foster sister Charlie, and would make an amazing walking or running buddy. Honestly, he could use a job — because with all the treats he’s earning, rent is due soon Koda thrives with someone who gets the energy and drive of a working breed. He’s eager to please, smart, and full of personality — plus he’ll do anything for a treat. &#226&#156&#133 DOB 12/10/24 &#226&#156&#133 Fully vetted &#226&#156&#133 Crate trained &#226&#156&#133 House trained &#226&#156&#133 Knows basic commands &#226&#156&#133 Great with kids &#226&#157&#140 No cats If you’re looking for a fun, active, treat-motivated sidekick, Koda’s your guy! Story
We came to meet my sweet cali when we rescued her mom off the side of the road. We were unaware she was pregnant and n within weeks we had a litter of 7 puppies. Cali has an issue with food guarding especially with other dogs and is very high energy. Cali is a sweet girl who needs a big space and lots of TLC, which I cannot adequately provide right now.
