Story
Otis is a young Belgian Malinois. He is about 1 year old. Born in December 2024. Otis was a stray, brought to our shelter by a Potter County Sheriff's Officer. A handsome boy, whose coloring is brindle, with some white. He is a bit timid. Our staff and volunteers continue to work with him. Otis's left eye has been shot with a BB gun. Otis needs an owner who knows how to handle a Belgian Shepherd, and who will spend quality time with him.  Amarillo SPCA, 11901 S. Coulter. 806-622-0555. Our shelter is open Tues.-Sat. 12 to 5 p.m.December 3, 2025, 9:15 pm
