Story
Taboo is a gorgeous boy that is full of life, but due to the lack of human interaction when he was growing up, he is feral. He isn't aggressive any way at all and is quite cute when he sees people he's used to, but he doesn't like to be approached or touched by anyone. In the 6 months since he's been with the rescue, he's come a long way from running and hiding from everyone to now following Heather (rescue owner) and the regular volunteers around when in a group. It's going to take a really special person to be able to adopt and work with Taboo and they will need to be ready for months or longer of patience and taking things slow. He is safe at the rescue until that someone comes for him. In the meantime, he has 2 siblings still at the rescue his possible siblings are Breeze a shy gorgeous girl and his possible brother Buddie who is the most social of the three left with us at the rescue. He has a very shy sibling named Roman who is in foster. If you're interested in any of these babies that came from a disgusting hoarding case, please contact us. Story
My name is Opal - I am fast going thru the doggie door - all day if my foster didn't slow me down. Must have a fenced in large yard; other dogs her size to be with. Does not do well being an only dog or small yard. Very strong leash puller; otherwise is very gentle. I love running and treats. I am house trained, leashed trained (I deo pull hard though) and not afraid of kids! Per the vets: Opel has Border Collie features specifically because of her speckled faces and legs. Opal can be timid one minute and full of kisses moments later. Very friendly dog, and will be a great house dog. Her one blue eye sparkles in the sunlight. Like most puppies, she enjoys a good mud puddle or playing tug of war with cheap door rugs. She crawls when she gets fussed at - trying to act all innocent and lovey dovey - it certainly works! I have several puppy sisters, plus big dogs to teach me to run and play, but so far there no cats where I live. My foster family dogs have been teaching me to bark at buzzards, rabbits and armadillos. Opal would gladly swim in a pond or baby pool if I my hooman would let me. Opal says I just love water, putting my feet in a big bowl, or my foster washing my face! Opal let kids she just met crawl in the crate with her at nap time. Opal is full of kisses and so gentle - she loves being with people.

Story
Cash is almost Great Dane size - 68 #; slender build, black fur with a touch of white must have a doggie door & large fenced in yard - as he likes to go out and play at various times of the day. Very gentle; affectionate, loves other dogs seems to gravitate towards human females. Loves being on the couch - needs an armrest or your lap. Hasn't never been around inside cats - outside cats when he was 3 months old but they never went near him. House trained, leash trained - not a puller. Doesn't bark a lot, but when he's happy and playing he loves to bark. Still a chewer of pine cones; socks; crate mats, napkins, paper plates. Gentle in taking food from your hand - loves his squirt of Whip Cream each morning - (he needs calcium to continue growing !) Watches out for his sister Petunia, but now he likes the doggie bed to himself and stretches out. Neutered, not due for Rabies/Vaccines until March 2027
