Story
Meet Reaper, our 12-week-old Belgian Malinois puppy. We originally planned to keep him ourselves—his parents are our family dogs—but due to a change in our circumstances, we no longer have the time needed to properly raise and train a working-breed puppy.Reaper is energetic, intelligent, playful, and eager to learn. He has been raised around children and cats and is doing well with both so far. He is partially vaccinated, and we will continue keeping him up to date on his vaccinations until he finds the right home.Because Belgian Malinois are a high-drive working breed, Reaper will only be placed in an experienced, reliable home that understands the breed's training, exercise, and mental stimulation needs. Finding the right fit is our top priority. If you have experience with working breeds and believe you can provide Reaper with the active, committed home he deserves, we'd love to hear from you.

Story
M - 2 years old - Belgian Malinois - Nik is a big boy with a big personality and plenty of energy. This handsome guy is hyper, playful, and just a little stubborn, especially when it comes to his favorite toys. Once Nik gets ahold of a stuffed toy, convincing him that it's time to give it back can be quite the negotiation! He's got a serious case of "finders keepers." He also is a little bit hard to handle on the leash, so leash training will be important, as he is as strong as he is big! When meeting other dogs, Nik does best when introductions are slow and thoughtful. He can start out with a very stiff posture and needs a few minutes to acclimate before relaxing. For now, Nik would likely do best with a female dog or a less-dominant, easygoing male. His future family should be prepared to take introductions slowly and give him the time he needs to feel comfortable. Nik is an intelligent, energetic working breed who will thrive with structure, enrichment, training, and someone who appreciates a dog with a strong personality. ADOPT To adopt, come see us! We're open for walk-ins Tuesday - Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM with adoptions closing at 4:30 PM each day. Story
Rex is a year old female dog. My ex husband got her from some guy giving them away. She needs a experienced owner or someone who understands German shepherd. Shes very smart and can pick up on training pretty well if you have a toy or treats. At night or when shes in her cage she loves to suckle on her blankets like shes a giant puppy still. She has been around a kid and just doesnt know her size so bigger kids would be ideal. She is extremely protective of kids. She does ok with our indorr cat. Just gets to excited and curious and makes the cat made. She would be great for males who have time to really train her and want to take her places like running hikes thats kind of thing. She does need training with putting collar on but once its on shes great. Shes not fixed at this exact moment but do plan to get her fixed before she is rehomed
