F - 2 years old - German Shepherd Mix - Marlow is on the smaller side for a German Shepherd, but her sweetness fills the whole room. She’s a soft soul who lacks a bit of confidence. She’ll roll onto her back in submission, and also because she very much believes belly rubs should be happening at all times. She bonds quickly to her people and loves being close. So close, that she tends to give big hugs. She’ll lean in, press her body against you, and look up with those gentle eyes like you’re her whole world. With other dogs, Marlow has shown that she can warm up and even come out of her shell fairly quickly. She has a bouncy, push-and-pull play style that can include some nippy excitement, and while she means well, she can sometimes be a bit much for more sensitive or laid-back dogs. She’ll need thoughtful introductions and a well-matched companion if she shares her home with another pup. What Marlow truly wants is reassurance. She’s still figuring out the world and her place in it. When she feels unsure, she may overreact or completely shut down. But underneath that is a very sweet, very loving girl who just wants to feel safe and loved. ADOPT To adopt, come see us! Meet Jax—The Sweetest, Smartest Boy Looking for His Forever Home 💛 Jax was gifted to me at just 8 weeks old. He was SOOO tiny and I was told his parents were smallish/medium sized. We thought he’d stay small but he grew into a big, beautiful Shepherd & Husky mix with an even bigger heart. He’s sweet, playful, loyal, protective, and incredibly smart. Jax knows commands like sit, stay, come, let go, and even “friend” for people and “no barking at babies.” He’s fully potty trained and does great loose in the house. He loves affection, attention, and lots of playtime. Jax does bark when people come to the door and can be reactive on walks, so he’ll need someone patient and confident who can keep helping him feel secure. He’s great with older kids (he adores my daughter) and mostly ignores cats. Jax has a gentle heart and deserves a family who can give him the time, space, and love he thrives on. He will be your most loyal companion; full of kisses, devotion, and endless love. 💛
