Hi there, we’re Kratos and Kimber — two gentle giants looking for a loving retirement home together. We’ve been through a lot, but our bond is unshakable, and we’re ready to share all our love with a new family.I’m Kratos, an 11-year-old Mastiff mix with a soft heart and a playful side. I love my orange Chuck It ball, tug-of-war, beach days, treats, and cozy naps. I’m hard of hearing, take joint supplements for arthritis, and sometimes get ear infections, but antibiotics clear those right up.I’m Kimber, an 8-year-old Malinois who loves nothing more than snuggling on the bed or couch. I’m blind due to an untreatable condition, so I take daily eye drops for life. I also take joint medicine and had a low-grade mast cell tumor removed from my belly. To help prevent new lumps, I’ll stay on daily antihistamines forever — easy peasy! Even without sight, I navigate beautifully with Kratos as my guide.We’d do best in a calm, adult-only home without small kids. Our dream life? Slow mornings, gentle strolls, peaceful afternoons, and plenty of chin scratches and belly rubs. If you have room in your heart (and on your couch) for two devoted best friends, we can’t wait to meet you. — Love, Kratos & Kimber We are currently being cared for in a foster home, but if you are interested in giving us a permanent home please fill out an adoption application on our website, and give our Front Office staff a call for more information on the next steps! Requirements: Joint Medications for life (both dogs) and Eye Drops + Antihistamines for life (for Kimber); Martingale Collars; Quiet Lifestyle; Children 12yrs+All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.

I’m Chispa — a 9-year-old Belgian Malinois/Shepherd mix with plenty of spark still left in me! 🔥 Don’t let my age fool you — I love to stay active and have energy to spare when it’s time for a walk, play session, or a good game of fetch. I’m also friendly and affectionate once I get to know you, and I’ve still got that playful, happy-go-lucky attitude that keeps life interesting.I came to the shelter after my owner’s health declined, and while I’ve lived peacefully with another dog and a cat before, I haven’t loved meeting cats here — so I might be hit or miss in that department. I’d do best with respectful dog friends and humans who understand my boundaries.Speaking of which — I can be a bit protective of my food and toys, so I’d prefer a home with kids 12 and up who understand that I like my space when I’m eating or playing with something special. I’m also not a fan of being restrained (the vet usually needs to give me a little something to help me relax during exams), so gentle handling and patience are key.The good news? I’m housebroken, loyal, and full of love once you’re in my circle. I’m ready to find a home that appreciates my big heart, spunky personality, and the wisdom that comes with a little life experience. ❤️Requirements: Martingale Collar; Children 12yrs+ (due to Resource Guarding)All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home.
