Meet Rumi! This sweet girl came into MAD as an owner surrender.  She was found as a stray and the owners responsibly realized that they were not a good fit.  Rumi is roughly 5 months old and is thought to be a Belgian Tervuren/GSD mix.  Rumi is super sweet with a side of sas.  Stay tuned as we learn more about this beauty!  To apply to adopt, please fill out the application by clicking on the Adopt button or ask for this dog to be added to your existing application. All MAD dogs come with a series 3 Fi Collar and a six-month subscription.  We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport.  The basic information that we have available is in our posting, but sometimes fosters and adoption counselors will post updates on the MAD Rescue Facebook page as well, https://www.facebook.com/groups/malinoisanddutchshepherdrescueinc. Meet Diane, the affectionate and playful pup who's sure to make you laugh! This smart girl is a fast learner and keeps her living space tidy (a rare find!). She loves nothing more than a good car ride, fun sniff walks, and interesting enrichment activities to keep her mind busy. Diane is a real social butterfly and enjoys the company of other dogs, especially those that can keep up with her playful roughhousing! She's a true love bug, always ready to give kisses and cuddles, and will be a loyal and funny companion. Diane is best suited for a home with older children, as she loves the calm energy and can give her full attention to her humans. She is a Shepherd mix that is approximately 3 1/2 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and on monthly prevention. We are unsure about cats at this time.
