Hello everyone! My name is Tavern the Belgian Tervuren, though last time you saw me I went by Scruffmonster. I'm looking for my new fur-ever home where I can be the biggest goofball you know. I would absolutely love a furry brother or sister who love to bounce around and wrestle all day long. While I LOVE playing with other dogs, I am not fond of cats and would do best in a house without them. I am a good boy in my kennel and make no mess. I am a very good boy on a leash and require a cable or fence.It is important due to my breed that you do your research before you submit your application as I need constant stimulation and grooming care! I am currently living in a foster home while I await my forever family. All Meet & Greets with me will be scheduled through FDHS for approved applicants.I can't wait to meet you!**Neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention. Weighs about 50 lbs**

Story
Polaris is a young girl who was found dumped on the side of the road with a bag of dog food dumped on the ground as her only help for survival. A good samaritan picked her up and contacted me. Help Polaris never face that kind of treatment again by giving her a forever home. She is very sweet and friendly and great with other dogs and people and kids. She definitely has a prey drive though, which is not at all unusual for dogs, so no kitties or small animals. She walks well on the leash and does well in a crate. She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but she can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Happy Holly! Like big dogs? Holly is your girl! She is a curious and playful young dog (DOB 7/2024) that is searching for a family with a laid back lifestyle. She is an eager learner and very treat motivated. She is living in a foster home with older dogs but would also be fine as an only dog. She is house trained and crate trained, and knows her basic good manners. She is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is only $75 dollars. We adopt within 45 minutes of LCPC as we complete home visits prior to adoption. We require fully fenced yards for all of our puppies and most of our adult dogs.
