Story
DOB: 2/10/2020 Theo is a majestic Bengal cat who exudes the wild charm of his breed. With his striking looks and big presence, Theo looks like he belongs on the vast African savannah. However, don't be fooled by his wild genes; he's a total sweetheart once you earn his trust. Theo is looking for an experienced Bengal owner who understands his unique needs. Once Theo warms up to you, he becomes a loving companion, brushing up against everything (except you) to show his affection. While he may not enjoy being picked up, he absolutely adores being petted and will let you know when he wants some attention. Treats are the way to his heart, and they can be used to build a strong bond with him.  Theo's ideal forever home is a spacious one where he has plenty of space to exercise and explore. A catio is a must-have for him; it's his happy place. Theo also needs to be the only cat in the household. No small apartments or homes with young children for Theo either. If you have experience with Bengals and are willing to invest time, love, and patience, Theo might just be the perfect addition to your family. If you are interested in learning more about this kitty or in adopting him, please click here to email his foster parent. If you are unable to send an email to the foster parent through the link included above, please contact us and let us know what kitty you're interested in.  You may also fill out our adoption questionnaire to speed up the screening process.  Be sure to name the cat in the CAT PREFERENCE field at the beginning of the questionnaire. Story
MaleMeet Mr. Tiggy.  We also calling him Toby or Tobs! This incredibly sweet boy Mr Tiggy was rescued 4/1/2024. He was abandoned and did not know how to stay out of streets! He almost got killed by a car! He is a very trusting silly goose. Even after we trapped him, he was rubbing on us and giving us headbonks. Mr. Tiggy was so well behaved having his first bath (we always bath cats when they come in off the streets). He was a trooper while he was dewormed, treated for fleas, vaccinated, microchipped and even didn’t fuss having his nails trimmed. He came home from being neutered and couldn’t wait to cuddle up my daughter’s lap.  Of course, she immediately begged to keep him, but as rescuers we already have a full house.  However, it does speak volumes to what an amazing young cat he is.  He lets you rub his belly, head bonks, and his paws don’t stop making dough.  He is one happy fella to be off the streets and thus will make a very appreciative pet.  Rescues really do!!! If you are looking for a true companion, Tobs is your cat.  He also would be good with another young cat as he is sit more than a teen himself.     Could Toby be the cat you've been wanting?  If you are interested in meeting this sweet fella, please email us for an application to email adoptions@lbsn.org to request an application. Once we receive your application back, we can set up a time for you to meet him. A donation of $150 is required to adopt him. April 15, 2024, 6:53 pm

Story
Zahdh is a fun-loving adventurous 7yo cat who enjoys long walks outdoors on a leash or unleashed (with a bit of training and patience!). He has been living indoors for the past few years since one of his brothers was hit by a car several years ago, but still has a distinct drive for the outdoors. He still does well indoors, sleeping/relaxing most of the day with bursts of playful energy, chasing his siblings, running through tubes, and climbing cat trees. He is a very snuggly creature who will sleep in bed with you throughout the night. He has been living with a sibling cat, Uul, for the last 4 years and is very friendly toward him - I am looking to rehome Uul as well, but they do not necessarily need to go to the same home. The best fit for Zahdh would be someone who can shower him with love and attention and take him outdoors frequently via (un)leashed walks in the neighborhood, some independent indoor/outdoor privileges (e.g. cat door), or on camping trips.
