Story
Meet Mapleleaf & Willowkit – A Bonded Bengal Mother-Daughter Duo Mapleleaf and Willowkit have been through a lot together, and now they’re looking for a forever home together—one full of love, toys, tall cat trees, and cozy spots to snuggle. Mapleleaf is the heart of this duo. With her stunning golden Bengal coat and affectionate spirit, she’s a truly special cat. Mapleleaf was rescued from neglect and bravely underwent an emergency C-section, giving birth to her only surviving baby—Willowkit. Despite her tough start, Mapleleaf is incredibly loving. She adores head butts, cozy cuddle sessions, and will happily smoosh herself into your lap or under the covers to be close to you. She’s also a vocal greeter, running to you with sweet meows when you get home. Mapleleaf is playful, especially when climbing or bird watching by the window, and has perfect litter box manners. She is very bonded to Willowkit and protects her fiercely. Mapleleaf has suture line cataracts that don't affect her vision right now but will need to be monitored over time. Willowkit is a silver-spotted spitfire full of sass, energy, and joy. She’s a feisty little adventurer who loves to zoom, climb, and explore. A fan of canned food (with a growing interest in dry), she has excellent litter habits and boundless curiosity. Willowkit loves snuggling under blankets, watching TV from your lap, and “helping” with chores by pouncing on brooms and anything that moves. She's still learning her play manners, so she'd do best in a home without toddlers—older kids who understand kitten behavior will find her endlessly entertaining. Her favorite place in the world is right next to her mom, Mapleleaf. These two are incredibly bonded and must be adopted together. They are already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Due to their Bengal nature and energy levels, preference will be given to adopters with Bengal experience or those ready to provide an enriching environment. They would likely do well with respectful dogs and proper introductions. No babies or toddlers, please. Mapleleaf and Willowkit are built-in best friends, ready to bring double the love, laughter, and loyalty to their forever home. Could it be yours?

THIS IS A COURTESY POST. Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue and its volunteers have not evaluated this animal in any way and can not be held liable for the current condition or future care of the animal. Please work with the specific contact in the posting to confirm if the animal is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested, etc. and for a complete description of the animal's personality and behavior traits. Meet Joey, a charming 3-year-old Bengal. He's an affectionate little  guy who loves to play, exercise on his wheel, and tease his sister  Margot. Right now, we have to keep the cats in one room because he  doesn't get along with our Yorkie, although he adores our Golden  Retriever. To be candid, Joey is quite particular about his litter box,  he has frequently urinated outside the box. We believe he might be  best suited as the only cat to help with these litter box issues. Currently, he's on Prozac to help with this. We feel he would thrive  in a home where he has the freedom to roam indoors, and as the only cat. He enjoys outdoor time on his harness but is not meant to be an outdoor cat. He enjoys going outside on his harness, but is not an outdoor cat. Please do your research before inquiring! Story
Ragnar was born on my birthday so he is very special to me. He is a sweet, loving, and at times attention-needy personality who is always ready for fun and loves to pester our dog for fun by walking him with his tail or pretending to chase him (we have an anxiety ridden husky who does not find it as funny as Ragnar does). He loves to play and will get into games with you or the kids. If my kids get the zoomies, he will follow them and get them too! Although he is a rather lazy cat and LOVES to snuggle up & spend the whole day sleeping on your lap. He’s very social and is not afraid of strangers. He loves to lay in your lap and doesn’t mind being held as long as you hold him like a baby or let him be a parrot on your shoulder. He catches mice (God forbid you have them) and bugs and is pretty good at it. He loves to watch birds outside from the window. He is very [cat] food motivated.

Good with cats,
Story
Ruby Tuesday and Princess Gracie are a pair of 15 year old sisters, whose owners unfortunately are now in a nursing home. These girls were loved and spoiled -- climbing walls, handcrafted furniture and climbing posts just for them -- they are feeling a little lost and lonely right now, and need someone with lots of time to dedicate to them. They MUST be adopted together. These girls are very active and chatty, and potential adopted must have breed experience, as Bengals are like no other cat... They do have papers and are TICA registered. They are gorgeous, unique girls who like people and attention but are not lap cats. Gracie had a dental in 2024, and Ruby not long before that; both have had bloodwork in March 2025. Both have big rumbling purrs and a loud meow that is unlike any housecat you can imagine! They each have a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. Please only apply if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
