We have a young Bengal cat who is small. She seems to be skittish around the dog and always hides. When she is stressed she starts to pull out her hair near her back. We have tried medication, changing food, everything we can think of. We feel the best decision for her is to rehome her and allow her to thrive. She is a sweet cat. We feel she is afraid of our dog and this is why she is always hiding. She is very active, likes to cuddle. She has always been an inside cat.

She loves being up high and will definitely need sturdy cat shelves and vertical space where she can channel her inner Bengal. Because of her breed traits and needs, Bengal experience is required. Lizzy came from a difficult situation and started out shy, but with patience and kindness she has begun to trust again. She’ll do best in a calm, understanding home where she can continue to grow at her own pace. For the right person, Lizzy will be a loyal, loving companion. If you’re someone who meets cats where they are and gives them the space they need to blossom, Lizzy might be your perfect match. **This cat is currently in a foster home and arrangements can be made for a meeting once you have applied with us. All cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV.
