Story
Virgil is 4 years old and needs a forever home with an active family but also one with someone home all day would be great as that is what he is used to. He is a great dog, super smart, knows all his commands and is also an emotional support dog, trained to "cover" you when you are in need. Loves people, kids, other dogs, even the vet. Rides great in the car. Loves the dog park and beach, hiking in the forest, just everything. Nothing wrong with him at all, it is me. I am a disabled retired police officer and cannot give him the physical or emotional attention that he needs. I am dulling his shine, and I don't want that for him. He truly is a perfect dog in every sense. You must have a fence yard and be active. I will not consider potential adopters and will not respond if you do not have a fenced yard and are not home all or most of the day. Virgil Also needs to be groomed every 6 to 8 weeks. Need to be local so I can check out your home. Personal and vet references are required.
