Story
Meet Boone — a one-year-old Bernedoodle who is the dog equivalent of a big floppy teddy bear, but a lot more animated!  Boone is a spirited 75-pound boy who has no clue how big he is. He loves everyone he meets… maybe a little too much. Boone has not quite learned all of his manners yet and is looking for a forever home that can work with him on some simple but important skills. He’s already a wonderful dog. He just needs a little polishing.  Like many poodles and poodle mixes, Boone is very smart and eager to please his owner. He is fully potty trained and not destructive. His first family loved him very much, and he has been well taken care of since they got him at 7 weeks old. He just turned one on April 28.  Boone is looking for an active family who can take him on walks. He also loves a good car ride! A fenced yard and a doggy playmate to get out some of his energy would be an added bonus. He’s used to being with his person most of the day, so we would prefer a home where someone is home a lot of the time. Boone’s forever family should also factor in the cost of having him groomed — he needs it about once a month.  Please apply for Boone if you can provide this big loving teddy-bear dog the forever home he deserves. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama, Pennsylvania and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Story
Hi! I’m so happy to share more about Bodie 🐾 Bodie is a 6-month-old mini Bernedoodle (born October 22, 2025). We brought him home on December 28, 2025 from a pet store in Fort Meyers, FL—our girls had been asking for a puppy for years and we like to say he found us. Bodie is such a sweet, loving boy. He’s expected to be around 20–25 pounds full grown (currently around 10). He has worked with a private in-home trainer and has a great foundation—he’s crate trained and about 90% potty trained. The only thing to note is that he can do a little excited tinkle when meeting new people, which is very typical for puppies his age and something he’s already improving on. Bodie absolutely loves children and people. He’s affectionate, gentle, and just wants to be near his family. He’s a really good boy with a great temperament. We’re looking for a home that can give him the time, attention, and consistency he deserves, and we’re happy to answer any questions at all🖤🤎🤍

Story
Dixie is a little over a year old (born April 12, 2025). She is a loving energetic "goofball" that enjoys being around her family, chewing on dog toys, spending time outside, and going on walks. She loves people but gets very excited when meeting someone knew and will jump up to greet them. When she is very excited she can be "mouthy." She is NOT aggressive but never grew out of her puppy mouthing phase. We have an 18 month old and a baby on the way and she is to rambunctious to be left unsupervised with him and we are concerned about having a new baby with her not being able to control her excitement. My wife and I are looking to rehome her as we both work and are not able to give her the time and attention that she needs to thrive and feel loved. Dixie is up to date on all her vaccines, is crate trained, house trained, and understands basic commands.

Bandit is a clever, affectionate five‑year‑old, 24‑lb Bernedoodle who’s eager to please, loves to play, and is very treat‑motivated. I’ve had him since he was 18 weeks old, and he’s in great health and loves his friends, both human and canine. I live alone and rely heavily on his much younger caregiver, who watches him half the time, but she’s moving away. With my work and travel schedule, I don’t have the time or energy he truly needs. I think Bandit would thrive in a busier home with multiple adults or young adults, ideally with an experienced dog owner who can spend time playing with him and keeping him engaged.

Story
Ginger is 2.5 years old, and a huge cuddle bug. She is timid when she first meets other people but she warms up quickly once you’ve called her a good girl. Although she is a Bernedoodle, she is mixed with Labrador and does shed, and does need to be brushed every couple of days. Ginger also gets shaved at least once every two weeks during the summer as her fur is pretty dense and she gets hot. Ginger is a lazy dog and is content to lay on the couch and keep you company while you watch your shows. She does like to go for walks but she doesn’t need one every day. She has been an indoor dog since birth and would not be suited for being outside most of the time. She does not enjoy car rides and if going on long trips she will need anti-anxiety meds from a vet.
