Story
Bear came from a rough background and hes been through a lot. My boyfriend and I rescued him when his previous owner needed to move out of state as we were the only people able to care for him that he felt safe around. He gets along well with our two cats and he has a lot of love to give. He loves to cuddle and play with them (and us). Due to his past he is very afraid of strangers. We have made great strides in working with him but he still growls and barks loudly if he doesn't have some kind of distraction, whether its gently soothing him or getting him interested in a game. He still needs a lot of help and patience, but once he trusts you, he will never leave your side. We never wanted to rehome him, but rent is too expensive and we had to make the very difficult decision to move and find him a new family who will give him the love and support he needs.
