You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, my name is Waffles and I am a 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. I weigh in at a solid 102 pounds, but can move really quickly when I want to. My foster parents say I am a complete gentleman when meeting new dogs of any shape or size. I grew up on a farm so I'm still getting used to people. Once I figure out that a new person is being nice to me, then I love getting head scratches! When my foster parents leave, I quietly sleep in my crate until they get home. I'm learning house rules quickly which my foster brothers help with. For now, I quietly sleep in my crate and am really happy to see my foster parents in the morning before going outside.  I am learning basic commands such as "sit" and "stay". I am also learning recall.   During the day, I like to relax on the floor and prefer not to jump up on any furniture or beds. The cool floor is great for me.
