Story
Hiya! I’m Moe, and I’ve been looking for you.
I thought I could find you on my own, so I took myself for a walk. Apparently, that’s against the rules! Some nice people picked me up and took me to the shelter, thinking you would find me there. Since you were busy getting ready for me, I came to live with my foster mom while you prepared your heart for your new best friend.
I’m about 6 months old and, until recently, lived a bit of a nomadic life. Because of that, I’ll need a patient family to help me learn what it means to be a beloved family member. Leashes are still new to me, and they make me a little nervous, but my foster mom says I’ll soon discover they lead to adventures with my people.
I’ve shown some signs of separation anxiety, but with the right family, consistency, and time, I think I’ll learn that I’m safe and loved, even when my people aren’t right beside me.
I love having doggie friends and seem curious about cats. I’m also learning how to use the dog door, but I’m not quite a pro yet. A good routine and positive guidance will help me continue building my confidence.
If you’re looking for a sweet young pup who just needs a little patience and a lot of love, I might be the one you’ve been waiting for.
Moe has been neutered, is current on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped.
