NEEDS A CONFIDENCE BOOST  DOB 6/24/23 Hercules thinks his foster mom gave him a strong name to boost his confidence and make him more macho. But maybe it back-fired on her, because Hercules is a gentle, non-confrontational soul who enjoys quiet pursuits. He loves lounging on cat trees and napping in quiet corners. Hercules may keep to himself a lot, but he enjoys a warm lap or soft petting. Just being in the company of this laid-back guy would probably lower your blood pressure by 10 points. HOPE ID 23-0124-G017 If you are interested in Hercules and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started.  If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you.March 28, 2025, 2:24 pm

Story
BOTH LOVE TO SNUGGLE IN FOSTER MEOWMY'S ARMS  DOB 3/2/25 and 3/7/25 Hey there, everyone! We’re Stanley and Oscar, and Foster Meowmy calls us #Halloween-kittens because we’re orange and black! We’re a super-sweet, affectionate, cuddly bonded pair who can’t imagine life without each other. That’s why Foster Meowmy is insisting that we be adopted together so we can always be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. I (Stanley) am the fluffy orange Maine Coon “lion” who’s the outgoing, curious adventurer of the two of us – but then, Oscar is shy and appreciates that I take the lead so he can follow. I hate to be cooped up, so I’m the one who takes charge when it comes time to explore. I’m very people-oriented, so I covet my solo time with Foster Meowmy. I’m a chatterbox who likes to tell her about my day and ask her about hers. My most endearing quality is that I purr constantly, even when she bathes me, which is my most un-favorite activity. I absolutely adore when Meowmy bewitches me with the feathered wand-toy and dispenses Churus squeezable treats. I’m quite the snuggler when I nap, whether it’s in Foster Meowmy’s arms or entwined around Oscar. I (Oscar) am the black DSH/ Bombay mix fella who’s the playboy of the pair. I go for anything that moves at breakneck speed – whether I’m chasing the wiggling wand toy or playing soccer with jingle balls and catnip mice. Stanley and I love to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle. Depending on whom I’m playing with, when I’m exhausted, I collapse in either Foster’s Meowmy’s arms or in a kitten puddle with Stanley. We’re actually from two different litters that were born a week apart to two feral mommas who were part of a colony that Foster Meowmy’s neighbor fed. Thank heavens Meowmy scooped up all eight of us kittens, brought us to the safe haven of her home, spayed our Mommas to “stop the cycle,” and promised to find us fantastic homes. As it ended up, we the #Halloween-kittens paired up as “besties.” We've fit in well with her resident cats, although they hiss at us, but her big dogs scare us when they charge us, even though they’re cat-friendly. Foster Meowmy assures us that smaller dogs might be a more manageable size for us. Now we’re ready to bring our boundless affection and supreme cuddliness to our forever family. Could that be you? If you’re looking for a pair of dudes who love to snuggle in their hoomans’ arms after our high-energy play sessions, we’ll fit the bill perfectly! Just think -- you'd have a kitten for the crook of each arm! Arrange to meet us today!
