Story
Ayra is a truly special soul looking for her person. Rescued as a newborn, she was lovingly nursed and raised by an adoptive mother dog and her pups, and that gentle start shows in her heart. She is now 1 year and 4 months old (born May 2024), about 40 pounds, with a shy but incredibly sweet and intelligent personality. Once she feels safe, she blossoms with love, loyalty, and a quick ability to learn. Ayra is searching for a foster home with the hope it could become forever, a place where she can finally belong. If you open your heart and home to her, I will personally arrange her safe transport right to your door.

Story
Misty is a beautiful and intelligent 8-month-old pup who was born in April 2025 and adopted by us in August through a Craigslist ad. She is an absolute cuddle bug who loves to nap, run, play with her toys, and sniff around wherever she goes. She was originally described to us as a small breed, but she kept growing and now seems to be some kind of Coonhound, Pointer, or Beagle mix — though we aren’t entirely sure. Misty is incredibly smart and picks up on training very quickly, but she truly thrives with a consistent and structured routine. While we love her deeply and have done our absolute best, we were unprepared for a large breed and know that she deserves a home where she can get the time, attention, and physical activity that she needs. We’re looking for a home that can offer her a backyard or consistent outdoor playtime, along with someone who is active and able to keep up with her high energy. Our goal is to find her a loving, stable home where she can truly flourish and grow.

*At Risk-Must commit to placement by TUESDAY- 1/27/26 -NOON - 12PM!* - Marty - 1 year old male - 46lbs Marty is set to die Tuesday at noon- he is breaking down in kennel environment- as they all do. He needs to get out to decompress. He is a baby- he was found tied to a pole with another dog. Marty is quickly deteriorating in care.Meet Marty! 🐾 Marty is a young, irresistibly cute pup with a gentle heart who's still finding his footing. He came into the shelter shy and calm, but the busy, stressful environment has been tough on him. He's beginning to show some leash-biting behavior, which can make getting in and out of the kennel challenging-this appears to be stress-related rather than who Marty truly is. Once outside, Marty really shines. He's very food-motivated, loves affection, and enjoys connecting with his handler. He was found with another male dog, suggesting he may do well with a canine companion given proper introductions. Marty will thrive in a home that can provide him with consistent mental and physical exercise, positive reinforcement training, and a calmer environment where he can decompress and build confidence. With patience, structure, and love, Marty has all the potential to become a wonderful, loyal companion. 💛
