Meet Barney! Barney is a sweet hound mix with a gentle heart and soulful eyes. He was found as a stray and is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. Barney can be a bit shy at first, but with patience and kindness (and treats), he quickly starts to show his sweet, playful side. He’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can blossom at his own pace and continue to grow into the happy, confident pup he’s meant to be. Barney still needs to gain confidence when playing when other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog who is polite and can give him space and patience!
