She recently lost her owner so she will need lots of cuddles and reassurance. She loves to go on walks OR just lay around at home. She loves company and interested in whatever you are doing. She likes to play with the other dogs of ALL sizes. She’s looking for a family home.

Arwen is about 11 years old and has suffered with genetic allergies her entire life. She is sweet, loves cuddles, and is good with cats. She unfortunately does not like nearly any other dog besides larger dogs unless they are non-neutered ones. She has been on almost every diet, and has been on a daily dose of 16 mg of apoquel for her entire life. She has moved across the country and back with me, been homeless with me, and been with me through it all. She helped me not commit suicide, and I want to make the right choice for her. She is now cone bound, and without the cone she will constantly chew on her paws until they are raw. She will rub her face on any surface and I have to apply a small amount of daily/as needed steroid spray from her vet because she keeps reopening her mouth wounds. I struggle with OCD, PTSD, and bipolar and I cant give her the life she needs for her remaining years, financially, mentally, and physically. Please help me, thank you.
