He is a former stray but has come a long way in his behavior. Buddy is friendly to people and animals, although large and aggressive dogs sometimes frighten him and cause him to act out. Being a young dog, he likes to run and play. Sometimes he doesn’t realize that he weighs more than 55 pounds and can overwhelm cats and very small children. If left unattended, Buddy can be destructive. He also can escape a fenced-in yard. The good news is that he is crate trained. He’s also house trained, neutered and obeys commands to sit and “go to your room.” He needs additional training to break him from jumping on people. This is a courtesy post. Buddy is not in care of TDR. Keep in mind that sometimes dogs listed as a courtesy post are rehomed without TDR being notified.
