Story
Ryder was found as as stray in the county. While in his finder's home, Ryder took a little bit to warm up to the other dog so will need a home that is willing to integrate him over time with another dog. He does resource guard his food around other dogs and should be fed separately. He can be a little wary around new people, but as long as he does not feel threatened he is very friendly. He has been around livestock and done well. He is housebroken and crate trained. He walks well on a leash and rides well in a car. He does have a tendency to chew whenever he gets bored. Ryder is very intelligent and well mannered. He has the bad habit of jumping on new people but if you tell him "no" he immediately backs off. Ryder is very handsome and LOVES human attention. He can be quite vocal when he desires your attention. He liked following the foster around while he tended to livestock. Ryder loves playing with tennis balls. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention, and dewormed.

Story
Petunia was dumped in our parking lot and left to run loose. Luckily she did not go out into traffic and get hit or killed. She had demodex mange and took 2 months of medicated baths to heal, and still has a few bald patches on her back that might not ever grow back. Petunia loves attention and thinks she is a lap dog. She loves cuddling in bed and on the couch. While in her most recent foster, she was pretty laid back and didn't bark much at all. She can be grumpy in a new home with the other animals, but once she settles in she loves to play. She has done well with dogs her size and cats, but can be picky about the littler dogs if they get in her face. She did well around livestock in her foster home. She is not housebroken, and if free fed, she will potty inside. Her foster said that keeping her on a schedule of feeding then going outside for a bit, she had less accidents in the house. She does not love being in a crate, but will settle down pretty quickly. Petunia knows lots of tricks; the ones she has responded to well have been "sit", "shake", "lay", "stay", and "leave it". Petunia is spayed, fully vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.

Story
Cinnamon is a sweet girl. She is wary of new people but does well outside of a home setting. When introduced to new people in the home, she is very protective of her people and space and will show aggression. She was found running after people on bikes, so a secure fence is a must. She walks pretty well on a leash, and loves going for walks. She was originally uncomfortable being crated, but now sees the crate as a safe space whenever she has anxiety. She does well being left in a crate. She is not fully potty trained when left loose in the house. Once she gets to know you, Cinnamon will greet you with a tail wag. She is terrified of storms. Cinnamon will likely need a home that is willing to work with her and possibly a trainer to ensure she thrives in her new home. Cinnamon is spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative and on prevention, and microchipped.
