Story
Hi, my name is Henry the Hound! I’m a fun-loving fella looking for my forever home. I’m 2.5 years old, so I’m still very much a big puppy at heart. I am a purebred/pureheart bloodhound I love to play keep away, chew up hand towels and an occasional sock if left unattended. I love to be around people and to cuddle as space allows. I prefer to sleep on the floor but will oblige a couch or comfy cushion if invited. I am born to run and need a good-sized fenced yard and space to play. Henry makes his presence known and enjoys a good neighborly chat with the dogs next door. I would love the opportunity to explore the great outdoors and do some hunting with my new owner. Henry does great by himself at home when his owner’s are at work or leave to run errands.  Put in an application today at eapl.com  His adoption fee is $250 -  Up-to-date with vaccinations -  Good with dogs -  Good with kids -  Reaction to new people: Friendly -  House trained -  Available date: Ready to play & love -  Birth date12/11/2021 -  Activity level: Active -  Indoor/outdoor: Comfortable indoors and outdoors April 27, 2024, 6:40 pm

Story
Meet Shakira! Shakira is a sweet little pup that loves to roll around for belly rubs and she sits beautifully for treats. It seems that someone has already started teaching her basic cues, because she's so smart! She is learning to be a leash pro and she takes treats gently too! From her current foster parent: " Shakira is the happiest dog on the planet. She is so good with people and other dogs. She is constantly wagging her tail. Shakira loves chew toys and to run around. She is great in her crate and on the leash. Anyone would be lucky to have her :) She also met a cat and has been doing really well! From her former foster parent " Shakira is a ball of energy who loves to also cuddle and sleep. She is a fast learner and is almost fully potty trained! She is amazing in her crate and leash, and also has a big, lovable personality. Shakira would make the best friend to anyone, and she loves other dogs as well:) Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/Vz7TSQeY9jY?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/VZaFdLb0fHo?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtu.be/xndD9vfuWdE Playing with the ball - https://youtu.be/zX5ZfrS-xwc Playgroup - https://youtu.be/V0GI2Rt8vdk Wrestling match! - https://youtu.be/UIAYvYE4njY Smiling! - https://youtube.com/shorts/SNGHUt2JX0k?feature=share Cheesin for the camera! - https://youtube.com/shorts/LePYTlkk_x8?feature=share ADOPTION FEE: $500 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.

Story
My name is Oden I am a 2 year old Blue & Redtick Coonhound. I love having space to roam around and would love to go to a home with land/property. I love having jobs and stuff to always do or I get bored easy. I am about 75lbs. I get along with other dogs, cats and kids. We are needing to rehome our boy because of some unforeseen circumstances that are forcing us to relocate and unfortunately we don’t know what that’s going to look like. He needs a for sure thing and room to roam around. He loves treats and loves running. He does well without a leash & just a training collar. He is getting used to going in the water but wasn’t very fond of it at first. We hope he finds a great loving home.

Story
Say Howdy to Daryl and Jessie! Their owner had to surrender them after an unexpected medical condition left him unable to care for them.  This bonded pair are only a year apart, and have been raised together since puppyhood so we really want to keep them together! He’s a little bit country and she’s a little bit rock-n-roll, but they go together like peas and carrots!  Daryl is a laid-back, handsome brindle with a sweet, calm demeanor, and gives the best dog hugs ever! The true hound that he is, he loves long walks with his nose to the ground or in the air to make sure those pesky squirrels stay up in the trees.  But don’t let him fool you, he has a funny, mischievous side as well.  If his nose can reach it, his mouth can eat it, but only when you’re not looking.   While Daryl is happy moseying along, Jessie’s ready to put the pedal to the metal.   She puts the “sass” in sassafras!   When this girl gets excited, clear the floor, ‘cause she likes to dance like no one’s watching!  This little fashionista somehow matched her eyes to her coat, she’s a real beauty!  But there’s nothing she loves more than snuggling up with you on the couch.  That is, once you move her over an inch and squeeze in beside her.  She’s not giving up her spot easily! They may be polar opposites, but they agree that they are looking for somebody with a lot of love to give…and treats(bones)…and cuddles…and belly/butt rubs and, oh yeah, a big yard would be great because, well, they’re not the best on leash, but they’re getting better!   April 26, 2024, 4:46 pm
