Story
Hi! I’m Copper, a happy-go-lucky, energetic guy who loves people, cuddles, and sunshine. I’m a smart and playful dog who enjoys walks, car rides, and lounging in the sun, I even think I’m a lap dog sometimes! I know sit, lay down, and some fun tricks, and I’m both house trained and crate trained. I have a lot of love to give, and I enjoy giving kisses and playing, so I would do best in a home without small children, so I don’t accidentally knock anyone over. I also need a home without cats or other small mammals, and I would love to be the only dog, so I can be the center of attention.I’m energetic and playful, and I sometimes get a little excited, especially around new people or during walks. I respond best to a calm, patient family who can help me settle and give me lots of love, attention, and outlets for my energy. Once I’m comfortable, I’m a sweet, loyal, and affectionate companion who can’t wait to share cuddles and fun adventures with you!

Story
Bear is 1/2 bloodhound, 1/4 Cane Corso and 1/4 Great Pyrenees. He was raised with kids of all ages, he is great with cats and other dogs. He is extremely affectionate, he loves people and kids! He is completely house trained. He does have a bit of energy for the giant that he is, pictures don't do him justice, he is a big boy at 120 lb. He loves to play ball and run. He is extremely intelligent and can open all lever handles on your household doors. He is crate trained as well. He is neutered and up to date on shots. He will be 3 years old in December.

Story
We are looking for an amazing home for Carolina! For her we are wanting someone that has a house with a fenced-in yard. She is very loving, she is goofy and will always make you laugh. She is so incredibly sweet and affectionate but she needs some training on manners . She does pull like a freight train on the leash, she jumps on people sometimes but we have made a lot of improvements with that. She is definitely driven by her nose, and very strong willed and stubborn so she is a typical bloodhound. She is a dominant female with other dogs, but she has gotten along with most dogs that she has met. She has some minor resource guarding when it comes to her food so we just feed her in her crate and then no problems. She is spayed and up to date on shots.

These pups are in Fort Collins, Colorado too!

Story
Say Howdy to Daryl and Jessie! Their owner had to surrender them after an unexpected medical condition left him unable to care for them.  This bonded pair are only a year apart, and have been raised together since puppyhood so we really want to keep them together! He’s a little bit country and she’s a little bit rock-n-roll, but they go together like peas and carrots!  Daryl is a laid-back, handsome brindle with a sweet, calm demeanor, and gives the best dog hugs ever! The true hound that he is, he loves long walks with his nose to the ground or in the air to make sure those pesky squirrels stay up in the trees.  But don’t let him fool you, he has a funny, mischievous side as well.  If his nose can reach it, his mouth can eat it, but only when you’re not looking.   While Daryl is happy moseying along, Jessie’s ready to put the pedal to the metal.   She puts the “sass” in sassafras!   When this girl gets excited, clear the floor, ‘cause she likes to dance like no one’s watching!  This little fashionista somehow matched her eyes to her coat, she’s a real beauty!  But there’s nothing she loves more than snuggling up with you on the couch.  That is, once you move her over an inch and squeeze in beside her.  She’s not giving up her spot easily! They may be polar opposites, but they agree that they are looking for somebody with a lot of love to give…and treats(bones)…and cuddles…and belly/butt rubs and, oh yeah, a big yard would be great because, well, they’re not the best on leash, but they’re getting better!   April 21, 2025, 5:26 pm
