Story
Daisy is a 3 year old Weimaraner-Bloodhound mix. She is very happy and energetic, and needs a home where she will get stimulation and playtime. She loves to play and run, and is good with other cats and dogs. She will require an outdoor area that is either fenced in, or she will need to be walked with a harness (collars tend to slip off her neck because she has so much loose skin - the perks of being part bloodhound!). She is good with children; however, she sometimes forgets that she is a big girl, so I personally would keep an eye on her with little kids because they may get knocked over. Overall, she is a wonderful girl that is so loving. It saddens me to re-home her, but it is due to moving to a new home with no pets allowed - definitely not because of any behavioral issues with Daisy. She will do great with a home where she gets lots of love and attention.

Story
Early is a purebred Walker Hound, and a very spirited animal. He is more of a dog's dog rather than a people dog. He is every dog's best friend at the dog park, but not very affectionate with people. He is not a cuddly dog by any means. He was either abandoned or lost as a young dog and spent some time feral. We believe that he was a hunting dog that got lost. He was found and nursed back to health by a family who could not keep him. We adopted him, and he has lived with us for two years. He is very food possessive, but also motivated by food. He sometimes startles easily and will snap at people if he feels threatened. He is a good watch dog.His best adoption would be to an experienced dog person with a large yard or small farm, with other dogs his size to play and run with. He needs lots of room to run and be free. I would not recommend him for young children. He might be a good hunting dog with other dogs and trainingWe want him to have the best possible home.
