This is Maple and she’s 1 year old! I adopted her from the shelter and she’s an absolute sweetheart, shy when exploring new places but the absolute best family dog! Super great with other dogs once she warms up and loves loves people and playing with them! Loves to plays fetch all day and run around with you outside! Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we have to give her up but promised her we will find her a loving fun home! For more information just reach out and ask and I will answer!

For nine years, Pepper was someone’s dog. He knew his person. He knew his home. He knew where he belonged. He knows his commands and will even sit pretty for a treat. And like any true hound, he believes every blade of grass deserves a thorough investigation. 🐾👃 But what Pepper really wants is so much simpler. He wants a soft place to lay his old hound bones. He wants to sniff in a yard again. He wants to be someone’s dog again. He wants a person to love him—and to know that he is loved. He doesn't like to be crated or too fond of a leash. Experience with the breed would be useful. Maybe Pepper doesn't have ten years ahead of him. Maybe he has fewer. But shouldn't the years he does have be filled with comfort, security, love, and a family of his own? Hi - My name is Stewart.I LOVE: being with my people, going for walks, riding in the car, and settling in for plenty of cuddles and pets. I weigh about 70 pounds, but I see absolutely no reason that should disqualify me from being a lap dog.I KNOW: my house manners! I’m potty trained, crate trained, and ride great in the car. Give me some exercise and a chance to explore, and I’m also pretty happy to spend a good part of the day snoozing.IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE: sweet, affectionate, and ready to join you for a walk before cuddling up at home, I could be your guy. I’m a hound, so my nose has a pretty important job! I love following interesting scents and can pull pretty hard when something like a squirrel or deer catches my attention, but I can usually be redirected without too much trouble.I AM SPECIAL BECAUSE: I’m a 5-year-old sweetheart who genuinely loves being around people. I’m affectionate, cuddly, and already have some great skills for living in a home. I may be a big boy, but as far as I’m concerned, there’s always room for 70 pounds of Stewart in your lap.
