He's curling his lip at every sight, tilting his head at every noise, and always ready to make you laugh—his name is Gomez! We suspect Gomez may be a Bluetick Coonhound mixed with a medium-sized dog. He is currently 8 months old and weighs 31 pounds. We expect Gomez to remain in the medium size group, under 59 pounds. Gomez can be a bit shy, but once he's warmed up, he is a great companion. If you're a familiar person to Gomez, he will sit next to you, bug you for playtime, bug you for pets, and let you know he is READY for a treat! Gomez typically does well with other dogs here at HSOC. Occasionally, he is a little unsure and worked up, but with proper, slow introductions, Gomez enjoys having a canine friend. A meet-and-greet would be necessary for any potential dog friends in Gomez's forever home. Gomez can be cat-tested upon request. If our spunky, goofy Gomez sounds like a good fit for you, submit an application and swing by the Humane Society of Oldham County to meet him today!
