Story
Unfortunately, it absolutely breaks my heart, but we need to try to find Ladybird a better home. She needs someone who can work with her, as she’s very nervous around other people. She needs a home with no other pets, and no children. She does okay with our kids who know her and respect her space, but has zero tolerance for other children. She does fine with out cat, but tries to go after the strays in the area. Strangers make her nervous, but especially children/men. She is a very good and sweet girl, but lack of socialization as a puppy has become her biggest obstacle. She and Dixie (our other female) tolerate each other but do not care for each other, sometimes leading to fights. I thought we were done with them, but today they got into it over a candy wrapper. She just needs a special person who can give her the proper patience and time to build her confidence.

Story
I`m a big-hearted guy who`s still figuring life out one day at a time. I may not have everything mastered yet, but I`m eager to learn and always trying my best. I love attention, belly rubs, and being included in whatever you`re doing. I`ve got a goofy personality that keeps life entertaining, whether I`m making you laugh with my silly antics or clumsily trying to fit in your lap. More than anything, I`m looking for someone who`ll give me the love, patience, and forever home I`ve been hoping for.

Story
Trixie is about 80 lbs. and is 2 and a half years old. She is sweet but not a snuggler. She loves other dogs and is good with children. Trixie is not afraid of thunder or fireworks. She does not get on furniture and sleeps great at night. I got her from a women who trains service dogs. My elderly mother lives with me and tripped over Trixie recently and fell 2 feet from the stairwell. I don't think it is safe to have a dog in the house with my mother after that scare.
