Story
Meet Piper 💙 Piper is a beautiful female Lab mix, possibly with Weimaraner or Blue Lacey, and she’s just as special as she looks. She is very sweet and affectionate, always ready to share love with her people. Piper does wonderfully with people and big crowds, making her a confident and social companion. She is good with other dogs who approach calmly, but she’s not a fan of dogs barking at her while on leash, so she’ll do best with thoughtful introductions and continued leash training. Piper is also great with kids and has a joyful, friendly nature that makes her a wonderful family companion. With her high energy level, Piper would thrive in an active family that enjoys walks, playtime, and adventures. She’s eager to be involved, loves to move, and would make an excellent partner for a family looking for a fun, loving, and loyal dog. If you’re searching for an affectionate, energetic, and people-loving dog to join your family, Piper might be the perfect match 🐾 * Fantastic news! Your $150 adoption fee now comes with a complimentary $250 training session with our partners at Freedom K9, ensuring you and your newly adopted dog embark on a journey of success together. Story
Meet Rambo – a big-hearted, intelligent boy looking for a dog-savvy home, ideally with experience in Dobermans or similar guarding breeds. Before we tell you all the wonderful things about him, it’s important to be upfront: Rambo needs a home with experienced handlers who understand large, working breeds — especially those familiar with the unique needs and temperament of Dobermans. He’ll thrive in a calm, structured environment with confident leadership and clear boundaries. Once he trusts you, Rambo is the biggest lovebug around. He adores his people and will lean his tall frame gently against you for all the pets and kisses he can get. Despite his size, he’s incredibly polite — no jumping, no pushy behavior — just a sweet, soulful guy who wants to be close to his humans. Rambo is smart as a whip and already knows a long list of commands: Sit, Paw, Down, Stay, Spin — and he’s even muzzle trained. He’s got the foundation of an obedience rockstar and would love a home that can continue nurturing his mind with training and mental engagement. While Rambo hasn’t had direct off-leash play with other dogs, he has shown calm, tolerant behavior around them through the fence — even with small dogs. He may do well with another respectful, low-energy dog who gives him space and doesn’t jump on him. Physically, Rambo may have a condition often referred to as “long back syndrome” — where his spine is slightly too long for his muscular structure. While he gets around just fine, this can cause occasional soreness. Because of this, he’ll need a family who can accommodate his physical needs, including managing his activity level and ensuring he’s not being roughed up by other pets. Supportive care, joint supplements, and a comfortable home setup will go a long way in keeping him happy and healthy. Rambo is loyal, loving, and incredibly rewarding to work with. In the right home — one with breed knowledge, structure, and physical awareness — he’s going to absolutely thrive. Think you’re the right fit for Rambo? Call the Ranch to learn more about this special boy today. He’s ready to find the safe, loving home he truly deserves. Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. Story
Meet Rigby — the bright, playful, outgoing boy who’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and adventure into your life! Rigby is one of those dogs who instantly makes the world feel a little brighter. With his fun-loving spirit and eager “let’s go!” attitude, he’s always up for a game of fetch, a romp with his doggy pals, or any activity that gets him moving and enjoying time with his people. He’s truly happiest when he’s part of the action. A medium-high energy pup, Rigby would thrive in a semi-active home where he can stretch his legs, exercise his mind, and share his upbeat personality with his family. Whether it’s weekend adventures, daily walks, or simply interactive playtime in the yard, Rigby is ready to be your partner in fun. But that’s not all — this boy is smart. Rigby is attentive, eager to learn, and already knows some basic commands. With his drive to please and his quick mind, continued training will come naturally to him. He’s the type of dog who wants to work with you, listen to you, and make you proud. He’s also wonderfully dog-friendly, making him a great fit for homes with other playful, friendly pups. His social, outgoing nature makes him a joy to have around — he’s the kind of dog who lifts the spirits of both people and other dogs alike. If you’re searching for a companion who is friendly, playful, bright, and full of heart, Rigby might just check every box.
