She’s done her duty, raised her puppies (her last litter ever — mission accomplished), sent them off to their forever homes, and is now ready to enjoy the sweet freedom of the empty nest. Cue the road trips and couch snuggles. 🚗🛋️ Found as a stray (still a mystery because… how??), Millie somehow came equipped with excellent house manners. She’s fully potty trained, walks like a dream on leash, gets along great with other dogs, and she knows exactly when it’s time to go-go-go and when it’s time to curl up and relax. Millie has energy for adventures and enthusiasm for life — but she’s not chaotic. She’s the kind of dog who’s always up for hiking, exploring, errands, or just being your shadow, then happily settles in for snuggle duty after a full day. Balanced. Polished. My given name from my foster mom is exactly who I am. Asta... this name means "divine strength", "love", and "star-like". I was abandoned by my first family on the side of the highway for a few months with my sister Kinsley. She was my protector during that time. I was terribly traumatized by being abandoned. Today I'm a shining star with beautiful grey eyes that match my coat. I like to play and go on backyard adventures with my sister and dog foster family. I like everyone and get along with other dogs and I'm a bit submissive and respectful towards everyone. I have beautiful pleading grey eyes that draw attention and make most ppl say awwwww and have a low key nature about me. We love each other very much and want to stay together for life! Please find it in your heart to adopt us together! We promise years of love and fun :) Local adoption fee together is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee together is $600 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

She is incredibly intelligent and intense and she needs a very specific, experienced home to thrive.She requires a highly active, structured lifestyle with people who understand Australian Cattle Dogs and are prepared to meet her mental and physical needs every day. Long walks and backyard time alone will not be enough. Remi needs a job, consistent training, problem-solving activities, and purposeful outlets for her energy. A farm, ranch, working environment, or dedicated dog-sport home would be ideal.True to her breed, Remi herds everything, hyper-fixates easily, and does not have an “off switch.” When overstimulated or under-guided, she can become mouthy, pushy, and tune out cues. She will test boundaries and needs clear rules, structure, and confident handling. Breed experience is a must.Remi can be possessive and has little sense of personal boundaries with other dogs, so she will do best with careful management and continued training, or possibly as the only dog. She is not suitable for a home with children.She is still very much a puppy and learning.
