Story
Hi! My name is Rutabaga and I am probably the sweetest puppy on the planet. I’ve got those naturally pouty puppy-dog eyes that make it hard to say no, and my little white-tipped tail is just the cutest wagger ever. I also give the gentlest little hello kisses & will lightly place my paws on you to let you know I want some love. At only 5 weeks old I was already barking to let my foster mom know if I needed to potty in the middle of the night, or if the water bowl was dry! I’ve also gotten pretty good at telling time, so I know when to expect meals & who to talk to if they’re late. I’m a smart cookie & a quick learner—I bet you could teach me so many tricks! I love soft toys and chews with lots of texture, and I’m a fan of a cozy little spot to hide while I plot my next move during a game a of keep-away. Nesting in blankets fresh from the dryer is also the best way to start a nap, don’t you think?   If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Story
Oink is such a cutie boy!  He is a 17 week old, 16 lb, Australian Cattle Dog.  Both his parents were Cattle dogs, mom is red and dad is blue.   Oink was born outside and lived outside until he came to rescue! He brought with him loads of parasites, seed ticks, fleas and intestinal worms!  Fortunately for him, those pesky bugs are gone and he is feeling pest free!   Oink is such a sweet cuddly boy!  He enjoys getting belly rubs, playing with all his new toys and most of all - playing with his doggy friends!  Oink has potty trained very easily and quickly!  He is learning some basic commands and all the comforts that come with living in a house!     He will make a great addition to almost any family. Note:   It is important to be familiar with herding breeds before making a life long commitment to this baby boy.  He naturally tries to herd his big dog friends.     If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Story
Hi, I’m Clemson, a snuggly little girl with a love for exploring! Whether it's sniffing out new places in the house or curling up for a nap in your lap, I’ve got the best of both worlds. Right now, I’m still learning the ropes with potty training and manners, so I need a patient adopter who can guide me through that.  My brain loves challenges, so I’ll need lots of enrichment to stay happy and healthy. If you’re ready for puppy cuddles, fun, and a little bit of work, I’m your girl!   If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Story
Carnegie is scary cute!! little miss is ready to find her furever home! she promises to be a real treat, no tricks here (although she does know a few)!  this sweet girl loves people and other dogs, snuggling on a cozy bed and taking naps in the sunshine. but don’t let that face fool you, she also has a sassy side! she loves to run, play with squeaky toys and explore new things and places!  she is wicked smart, doing so well with potty/kennel training, learning the stairs and practicing her manners!! she is a pitty mix of some sort, so she will be a medium/large dog and will need a home that is understanding of her size and energy needs!  Carnegie would love to have matching costumes this Halloween (and a family to go with), so fill out an application at needypaws.org   If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
