Meet Rooby!Rooby is a delightful lady looking for her forever home. Rooby enjoys spending her days playing fetch with the staff and volunteers at the shelter, then laying down for a cuddle in the yard. She is higly food motivated and will do whatever she is asked if there is treats involved. Despite her size, she is a professional at keeping 4 paws on the floor and enjoys gently grazing against legs for bum rubs. Rooby is a bit timid at first meeting, but after 5 minutes of playing ball and some treats she is her true, sweet, gentle, and loving self. Rooby has allergies and is on a special food. She is not a fan of other dogs and would not do well in a home with cats. She enjoys playing with toys, but needs hard toys such as a kong. Rooby has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Rooby please fill out the application and give us a call at 705-878-4618.
