Meet Buford – The Sweetest Boy You’ll Ever Meet! Buford showed up at our vet’s house with a broken leg, but that wasn’t all. X-rays revealed he had also been shot at some point, and his body still carries birdshot or BB pellets. Even with all he’s been through, Buford is nothing but LOVE.  Estimated to be 6–8 years old Neutered & fully vaccinated Great with dogs, cats, kids—even puppies! Crate trained & potty trained Loves snuggles and snacks Not destructive, no counter-surfing, no trash diving Only quirk: he can climb fences! (Shake a treat bag and he comes right back! ) Buford also has an old burn scar on his back that he occasionally chews at, but it doesn’t stop him from being the goodest, sweetest boy EVER. All he wants is a safe, loving home where he can rest his head and be someone’s best friend. Help us find this amazing boy the home he’s waited so long for. Story
Jack was abandoned on our street. When we first met him he was very shy and apprehensive, showing clear signs of abuse. But once he relaxed he showed his true colors. A sweet, friendly, and super cuddly good boy. We've fostered him for about 2 months and in that time his personality has brightened our lives. He loves to play with our other dog, enjoys cuddling and demands pets. We love Jack but due to financial issues can no longer foster him. Jack is good with dogs, leash trained, house trained, and needs a patient owner/foster.

Story
Dakota is a young adult probably 3 years old. He weighs about 65 lb. When he arrived he was heartworm positive. He has completed treatment as is doing great. Dakota is friendly but can be distrustful of strangers at first. He walks well on leash and will sit when asked. He can pull a bit. I use a training collar on him. He is well mannered. He will jump up but I've not had him put his feet on me. He loves attention and enjoys going for hikes with me. He would become a devoted, protective companion. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm tested negative (on monthly heartworm and flea preventive) and are microchipped. Upon adoption, the microchip will be registered with your contact information and you will be eligible to activate a free 30 day health insurance policy.
